Ron Lamme (1991) was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar in 2017. Ron is involved in all aspects of intellectual property – including trademarks, copyrights and protection of design, as well as privacy law and media law.
Ron studied Dutch law at Utrecht University, where he obtained his bachelor degree in 2014. After his bachelor’s, Ron was admitted to the LL.M program at Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam, specializing in the field of Intellectual property and IT law. In 2016, Ron successfully completed his master thesis on the subject of digital copyright law. During his studies, Ron worked as an intern at several renowned IP and IT law firms. Ron joined Boekx as a paralegal in 2016 and was promoted to associate in 2017.
Prior to his career at Boekx, Ron worked with innovative start-ups at RTL Ventures, the Venture Capital division of media company RTL Nederland. During his time at RTL, he regularly advised on legal matters concerning privacy, consumer law and compliance.
Ron is a member of the legal documentation editorial board of ‘MediaForum’, the leading Dutch journal on media and communications law. Ron also regularly writes articles on IP protection and legislation for Marketing Rendement magazine.
